Just had the home I intend to purchase inspected by APC and the service was great. We contacted APC Home Inspections to inspect a short sale home we were purchasing. As with most short sales, we needed to make sure the home was move-in ready. The home inspection took a couple of hours and was very thorough. They were very punctual, always answered my phone calls, and our report included photographs and even estimates on what the repairs would cost.
